- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was disappointed with another nearby Spring Hill UPS store, so decided to try this one. I am so glad I made the change. I needed to mail a metal patio table that I bought while vacationing, to my home in another state. I'm back home from vacation now, and I received the UPS delivery today. The table was well packed and protected, and in perfect condition. David and Marcus at this UPS store are two of the nicest guys I ever met. They took great care of me. They spent time with me and offered suggestions to help me get the most reasonable price and the best shipping and delivery experience I could have hoped for. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Super Helpful! I needed some odd shaped boxes to mail Christmas wreaths across country. Alexus was the person who helped me- she was awesome!! She took time to explain how size, not just weight, affects shipping costs. Apparently, if it takes up more space on the airplane, you are charged MORE, lots more... even if package is light as a feather.
