  The worst experience of my life. Awful customer service. I went to open a checking account, they requested documents which is normal. I provided my drivers license, my green card and social security card. They checked my credit score, and then they told me that i had problems online because my address was listed as a business and the phone number was not my number. 3 different people came to look at my documents and information. I looked online to see whose number they were talking about, turns out it was from the previous owner of the house that happen to own the business they were talking about. According to them, they had to delete that information and trying to fix it, more than 30 minutes waiting to try and open an account. They also checked my social security saying they had to check it because people use dead peoples social security numbers, this to me is an insult implying that I'm using someone elses social security card. I'm a hispanic woman and I was profiled by them. My son inlaw that happens to live in the same address as me opened an account in the same bank with no issues (he also happens to be white). For this reason i felt discriminated against and decided to not open an account there or do business with them. If i could i would give 0 stars. All 3 employees were rude and lacked customer service.

  So far they have been wonderful, everyone! Saturday hours would be nice and a drive-thru at this location but then you can't talk to people in line!
